For more than 14 years, I have been serving in the medical and diagnostic sector, contributing to the growth of healthcare services through innovative diagnostic solutions and strong customer relationships. Currently, I am working as Assistant General Manager at TechVital Systems Ltd. , a concern of United Group, one of the largest private business conglomerates in Bangladesh. Throughout my professional journey, I have gained extensive experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, including Hematology, Clinical Biochemistry, Immunoassay, Electro-Chemistry, Urine Chemistry, Point-of-Care Testing (POCT), Rapid Test Devices, Glucometers, and Molecular Diagnostics. My expertise lies in sales and marketing, customer relationship management, market analysis, business development, strategic planning, and team training. Leading teams to achieve and exceed business objectives has been a key part of my role, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Although I am educationally a registered pharmacist, my professional career has evolved into marketing and sales leadership within the healthcare sector. This unique combination of scientific knowledge and commercial expertise enables me to bridge the gap between healthcare needs and business success, contributing to better diagnostic services and improved patient care. My goal is to continue driving growth, innovation, and excellence in the healthcare diagnostics industry while empowering teams and creating value for customers and stakeholders alike.
